1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorkersEngine, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WorkersEngine. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. WorkersEngine is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
4. Earning & Withdrawals
Earnings are credited to your wallet upon admin approval of completed tasks. Withdrawal fees and minimum amounts vary by membership tier: Basic (15% fee, £5.00 minimum), Silver (10% fee, £3.00 minimum), Gold (5% fee, £2.00 minimum). Withdrawals are processed within 3–7 business days.
5. Referral Programme
Referral bonuses work in two ways. First, a fixed task bonus is credited when a referred user registers and completes their first task — Basic (£0.10), Silver (£0.15), Gold (£0.20). Second, when a referred member upgrades or renews a premium membership (Silver or Gold), you receive a 25% membership bonus, with additional payouts flowing up your referral chain as shown in the diagrams below. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension.

Member upgrades or renews
Premium membership: Silver (£8.00/yr) or Gold (£12.00/yr)
Level 1 — Direct referrer
Earns 25% of the membership payment
Level 2 — Their referrer
Earns 25% of the Level 1 bonus
Level 3+ — Up the chain
Each level above earns 25% of the bonus paid one level below
Skipped level: if the referrer at any level has an expired or free (Basic) membership, they receive nothing and the payout passes to the level above them.

Example amounts are rounded to the nearest penny. The chain continues upward with each level earning 25% of the level below.
Premium membership referral rules
The membership bonus is paid on every Silver or Gold membership upgrade and on every renewal.
The direct referrer receives 25% of the membership payment.
Each referrer above the direct referrer receives 25% of the bonus paid to the level directly below them.
Referrers whose own membership has expired or is still free (Basic) are skipped — the payout continues to the level above them.
All bonuses are credited to your wallet in GBP after admin approval of the membership payment. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension.
6. Membership Plans
Membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable. Plans do not renew automatically — your account reverts to the Basic plan upon expiry unless renewed. Upgrade benefits are activated immediately upon admin confirmation.
7. Job Posting
Job posters are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings. WorkersEngine reserves the right to reject or remove any job that violates these terms or applicable laws. Deposits made for job posting are non-refundable once workers have been paid.
8. Worker Responsibilities
Workers must complete tasks honestly and submit genuine proof. Fraudulent submissions will result in rejection of payment and potential account termination. Workers are solely responsible for complying with their local tax obligations.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not use WorkersEngine for: fraudulent activities, spamming, money laundering, submitting false proof of work, creating multiple accounts, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
10. Advertisements
Advertisements submitted must comply with all applicable laws and must not contain misleading, offensive, or illegal content. WorkersEngine reserves the right to reject any advertisement without explanation. All ad fees are non-refundable once the campaign goes live.
11. Termination
WorkersEngine reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Any pending earnings at the time of termination may be forfeited.
12. Limitation of Liability
WorkersEngine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount credited to your wallet in the 30 days prior to the claim.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
